Information Collection and Use
In order to use The Service, we need you to provide us with information such as your company’s name, your name and email address. If you’d like to use a paid version of The Service, The Company will need your credit card number and billing information as well. The company also collects application usage statistics.
Information Related to Data Collection through The Service
The Company collects information under the direction of its clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. We collect information for our clients, if you are a customer of one of our clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our clients that use our service, please contact the client that you interact with directly.
The Company may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our clients.
We acknowledge that you have the right to access your personal information. The Company has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Company’s client (the data controller). If the client requests Company to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 business days.
When you download and use our Services, we automatically collect information on the type of device you use, operating system version, and the device identifier (or “UDID”). We collect your location based information for the purpose of notifying you about nearby leads, prospects, and customers. We will only share this information with our mapping provider for the sole purpose of providing you this service. You may opt-out of location based services at any time by editing the setting at the device level or by contacting us.
We may also occasionally send you push notifications through our mobile application to send you updates, and other service related notifications that may be of importance to you. You may at any time opt-out from receiving these types of communications by turning them off at the device level through your settings.
However, if requested by law, The Company holds its right to share your information with the authorities; as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process; when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request; to any other third party with your prior consent to do so.

If you choose to use our invite team mates to our Service, we will ask you for that team mate’s email address. We will automatically send a one-time email inviting that team mate to use the Service. Company stores this information to validate authorized users. Invited team mates may contact us at to request that we remove this information from our database.
Cookies and other Tracking Technologies
Technologies such as: cookies or similar technologies are also used by The Company and our advertising partners and service providers. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking user’s movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. Third Party Personal Information: Collection and Security
You may also provide personal information about other people, including but not limited to their name, email address, and phone number, by importing or integrating your email client, contact list(s), calendar(s), and document management tools to our Services.
When syncing your existing third party accounts, such as Google productivity tools, Outlook, or other account(s), we collect the username and password for the accounts you wish to connect to establish leads, prospects and customers within our Services or to invite them to become members of our web site. We will only use these credentials for that purpose.
We allow for two-way synchronisation between BlueSailCRM and your third party account to update calendars, send or receive emails, and/or share documents. We access and/or store information from calendar events, emails, and document management tools on our servers as they relate contextually to contacts, leads and deals within our Services. This information can be shared between users within the same BlueSailCRM account according to permission settings and is only used for the sole purpose of completing your request or for whatever reason it may have been provided. You have the right to revoke The Company’s access to your third party accounts at any time.
You can log in to our site using sign-in services such as Sign in with Google or an Open ID provider. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign up form. Services like Sign in with Google give you the option to post information about your activities on this Web site to your profile page to share with others within your network.
Changes To This Policy

Upon request Company will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information.
